Do you want to use your Frontend Development skills to make a difference in the world of Cardiology Bardy Diagnostics is an exciting fast growing organization within Baxter with unique and compelling products looking for the right Senior Frontend Software Developer to help us achieve our mission.

Join a multi-skilled dedicated and talented team developing state-of-the-art wearable cardiac arrhythmia monitors and associated cloud-based software. The right person is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UX design wireframes to actual code that will enhance usability and performance. You will work with UX designers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works. Your expertise in software development best practices and keen sense for clean UI design will help us be more productive and efficient product UI development cycles.

What youll be doing

• Implement compelling & responsive user-interfaces for our cloud-based desktop and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders on requirements and design.
• Work together with development team members to bring to market quality testable applications.
• Design and code UI consistent with up-to-date design patterns meeting todays security and regulatory standards.
• Deliver high quality and timely results to meet the business needs.

What youll bring

• Overall 12 years of experience in software development for Web Desktop Mobile App.
• 5 years as a frontend web developer in a product development environment.
• Experience executing customer facing cloud-based software projects including defining planning and executing to predictable schedules and required quality.
• Expertise in JavaScript ( ) Gatsby JS HTML CSS TypeScript and other web UI technologies.
• Demonstrable experience with translating visual and interactive designs from tools such as Sketch and Zeplin Axure or other design frameworks into a customer focused frontend implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and product stakeholders in iterative development.
• Success in bringing timely highly usable and robust products to market that maximize efficiency and effectiveness of clinical decision making and delight end users.
• Familiarity configuration management & issue tracking.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Medical device or other regulated application space experience is preferred.
