Personal Tax Manager Lincoln
depending on experience
Full-time Permanent Office based with some flexibility
Were recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join a highly regarded accountancy practice in Lincoln.
This is a varied and challenging role combining client advisory technical work and team management.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of private clients and high-net-worth individuals
Advise on inheritance tax CGT trusts and income tax matters
Provide day-to-day client support and regular progress updates
Guide and develop team members through coaching and reviews
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-service opportunities
Take ownership of assignments and ensure delivery within budget
Youll need:
ACA ACCA CTA or ATT qualification
At least 3 years post-qualification experience
A proactive approach to client service and team support
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Solid personal tax experience
