Job Title: ATM Refurbishment Engineer
Location: NCR Atleos Rotherham Depot: Hope Street Rotherham S60 1LH
Salary: Competitive salary
Hours: 40 hour per week
What Is the role of an ATM Refurbishment Engineer:
Upgrade and repair ATMs in line with the installation schedule set by New Wave Scheduling Team. This includes:
Loading software configuring and testing of new ATMs.
Booking in de-installed churn ATMs upgrading to required spec fault finding and carrying out any repairs
Use of Oracle to consume parts ATMs and order parts etc.
Completing transform re-work orders.
Loading software configuring and extended testing of churn ATMs.
Complete ATM upgrade checklist.
Liaising with other team members or technical support for assistance.
Carrying out assessments of attack ATMs and advise Inventory and Stock department.
Liaise with Inventory and Stock for any issues with ATMs.
Fitting locks to ATM if required.
Monitor stock levels of ATM parts and order as required.
Ensure all EPPs are booked in and updated.
Manage own parts usage and returns ensuring these are recorded and updated.
Assist New Wave installation teams on site with any technical queries re; bringing the ATMs on line etc. and any faults.
General Housekeeping of ATM Preparation area and racking etc.
What would I need to succeed as an ATM Refurbishment Engineer:
Technical understanding of ATM functions.
Good general PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel e-mail etc.).
Enthusiastic adaptable personality able to learn and adhere to structured working methods and procedures.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments.
Problem solving attitude.
Manual Handling skills use of pallet trucks to manoeuvre ATMs.
Confident and competent user of basic hand-tools.
