AWC Staff Services are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their clients team on Uskmouth Substation in Newport. This role is working 20 hours per week.
Your responsibilities:
- Scan & upload all delivery notes.
- Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS Task Allocation Sheets) etc etc.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with Lisa McGuires procurement team at HQ.
- Compiling data for SO27 reporting.
- Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for weekly SHES call.
- Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguisher lifting equipment fire alarms electrical inspection & certification of welfare units.
- Liase with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team).
- Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder)
You must have experience working as an Administrator be Microsoft 365 proficient have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on your own to apply for this role.
Start: 16th June 2025
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: 15 per hour
