About the Position
The Emerging Account Manager plays a critical role within the Emerging Sales team at Cardlytics. As part of a growing and evolving team this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth from an existing book of business. You will be responsible for maximizing client satisfaction identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring successful renewal of client contracts.
This position is focused on growing and retaining a portfolio of existing clients across industries such as Retail Restaurant and DTC. You will serve as a strategic partner to your clientshelping them achieve their marketing goals through the effective use of Cardlytics products and services. While this is not a new business role a strong commercial mindset and a passion for client success are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and marketing objectives
Own client relationships acting as the main point of contact and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Drive revenue growth within your account list by identifying and closing upsell opportunities
Lead annual renewal processes and ensure timely successful contract extensions
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign setup delivery and performance
Provide strategic guidance and ongoing support to help clients maximize value from the Cardlytics platform
Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to demonstrate ROI and drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals and exceed retention targets
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of digital advertising or marketing experience with a focus on account management upselling or renewals
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions and client strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals within a client portfolio
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify long-term growth opportunities
Effective collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional team-oriented environment
Passion for data performance marketing and delivering measurable results
Technical Environment
We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.
