Job Description
Job Title: Lube Tech/Mechanic

Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift)
About Us:
Missouri Organic Recycling is a well-established and family-owned business specializing in recycling organic resources. With a commitment to quality service and a growing team we are currently seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Lube Tech/Mechanic.
Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes lubrication and filter replacements on various vehicles and equipment such as diesel trucks wheel loaders and skid-steers.
*Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine appropriate solutions.
*Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future issues.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
*Mechanical inclination with a strong willingness to learn.
*Basic knowledge of diesel trucks wheel loaders and skid-steers.
*Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
