We are looking for outstanding sales executives who have a proven track record of selling directly into the residential and commercial general construction and roofing markets with a focus on enterprise/mid-market level contractors. The successful candidate will understand the challenges facing residential and commercial roofing companies become a trusted technology advisor and masterfully navigate prospects through a sales process to become loyal customers. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with strong industry knowledge and a company culture-driven mindset.

- Sell IMGING -the industry gold standard in the digital inspection space for Roofing and General Construction companies.
- Represent the Loveland Innovations brand and culture.
- Own the customer and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Identify research and connect with prospective clients nationally.
- Develop and foster business relationships with all key stakeholders including the C-Suite.
- Learn to establish best practices establish value and outline ROI with clients.
- Attend industry conferences and trade events to prospect and network with clients.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- Guide prospective clients through detailed presentations of SaaS solutions (live and remote)
- Collaborate with finance legal and marketing to ensure a smooth and expedited process.
Job Requirements...
- Minimum 5 years in sales and growth in a fast-paced solar Enterprise SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of the General Construction/Roofing workflows for Residential and Commercial
- Extensive experience selling to midmarket and enterprise-level companies.
- Proven at closing large deals ranging between $35K-$125K.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.
- Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas.
- Proficient in daily use of Salesforce pipeline management and/or other deal tracking software.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
