You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative services for patients with injuries disabilities or chronic conditions. This role involves delivering patient-centered care in alignment with the Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal neurological and other physical impairments through individualized therapy plans.
Perform direct patient care including therapeutic exercises manual therapy modalities and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated effective treatment.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA corporate and regulatory standards.
Educate patients on at-home exercises and proper use of supportive equipment.
Communicate progress and treatment plans with case managers physicians and internal teams.
Assist in training students and support ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
Maintain clinic safety support marketing activities when needed and attend professional development sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in clinical documentation electronic records and therapy tools.
Knowledge of HIPAA safety standards and medical compliance regulations.
Bilingual skills and prior experience in occupational medicine are a plus.
