TheUniversity Advisement Centeris looking to hire aCustomer Service Specialist IIto staff the front desk operations at ourAtlanta campus.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide information about departmental policies procedures and regulations to students faculty staff and the general public who may come to the office.
  • Coordinate phone traffic for the office
  • Supervise student assistants
  • Schedule appointments for staff
  • Coordinate the petition process to include data tracking
  • Inventory and order office supplies as necessary
  • Take minutes at staff meetings
  • Coordinate use of office conference rooms
  • Coordinate morning and afternoon mail and faxes; send out to designated mailboxes
  • Create monthly reports to include monthly traffic to office petitions phone and academic forms
  • Assist with any special projects

These positions are integral to these offices running smoothly. It is expected that the successful candidate will open and close the office each day.

The work hours for these positions are 8:30 AM until 5:15 PM.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
