For our Global Headquarters inMilanAmplifon is looking for a talented person to join ourGlobal HR Talent Team focusing onTalent Development Learning and Performance Managementactivities. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects where you will play a key role from start to end. Numbers technology and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on fostering professional growth and development across the organization.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
Youll be in charge of:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of learning and development programsaimed at enhancing employee growth and skill development while managing Amplifons learning offerings.
- Coordinating logistics for training programs which includes scheduling and communicating with participants.
- Monitoring learning campaignsand tracking training completion.
- Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning initiativesusing metrics tailored to targeted populations.
- Supporting the coordination of Performance Management processesat the global level and contributing to the continuous improvement of learning systems.
- Collaborating with countriesto assist them in deploying their local learning and development strategies.
You are the right person if you:
- You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing aMasters degree.
- You thrive in aninternational environmentwhereEnglishis used daily.
- Youexcel as a communicatorand can engage in discussions with individuals of varying seniority levels.
- You are proficient with common tools likePowerPointandExceland enjoy deriving insights fromdata.
- You find satisfaction inorganizing and executing projectsfrom inception to completion.
- You are open tolearningand willing topush beyond your comfort zone to tackle new challenges.
