The Role Financial Services Administrator
- Provide administrative support to wealth advisers and paraplanners
- Liaise with clients to obtain and process financial documentation
- Maintain client records and CRM systems accurately
- Prepare meeting packs valuations and compliance documentation
- Submit new business and ensure pipeline tracking is up to date
- Work closely with providers and third parties to follow up on applications
