Brighton (Victory House BN1 4FY) (London also considered but would need to travel to Brighton)

Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office)

Full time (37.5 hours)

Permanent

Salary 46k to 57k

As an FP&A Analyst within Bupa Global youll be part of a team that plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of our business. Reporting into the Financial Planning Analysis and Reporting Manager youll support strategic and operational decision-making by delivering insightful analysis robust planning and accurate forecasting. How youll help us make health happen

  • Supporting the delivery of in-year forecasts and 35 year plans including detailed financial analysis.

  • Preparing monthly estimates and variance reports against plan for key stakeholders.

  • Analysing profit and loss performance and identifying key value drivers and sensitivities.

  • Producing KPI analysis and sensitivity modelling to support business decisions.

  • Collaborating with the Market Unit Financial Planning & Reporting team and Bupa Global leadership.

  • Building strong relationships across finance and the wider business to ensure accurate timely reporting.

  • Supporting the development of planning systems and driving process improvements.

  • Contributing to monthly reporting packs commentary and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across financial planning processes.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

Were looking for someone whos curious analytical and eager to make an impact. Youll likely bring:

  • A professional finance qualification (CIMA ACCA or equivalent) finalists will also be considered.

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

  • Experience in financial analysis ideally within a large or complex organisation.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive inquisitive approach and a desire to drive change and improvement.

  • Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan Oracle or Power BI (desirable but not essential).

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely information to the business
