As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow we are seeking for a full-time Seafood Cutter/Filleter for the Seafood Processing Division at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor this position is responsible for processing fish. If you are able to work in a cool fast-paced environment and can work under pressure with minimal supervision we would love to hear from you!
Position: Full-Time Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00am - 12:30pm. In September the shift will change to 5:00am - 1:30pm. Potential overtime and weekend work.
Wage: Starting from $19/hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
Cut and trim fish which also involves pin boning
Responsible for the processing of orders in the processing department
Cleaning and sanitizing
Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor
Requirements:
Reliable means of transportation
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods
Basic knife skill is an asset
Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment
Reliable hardworking punctual a team player and committed to delivering the job.
Knowledge of seafood processing and experience is an advantage but not required.
