The Opportunity
The Junior Developer will be responsible for the development of world class learning solution projects for all industries. The incumbent must be creative and interested in the latest trends in development and technologies. Attention to detail is a must in this position and you should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a talented team of Developers Learning Content Editors Graphic Designers and LMS Administrators to develop custom cross platform learning solutions
- Work with Designers to create responsive UI-UX architecture for use in advanced learner solutions
- Work to create interactive activities such as click and displays scenarios simulations etc.
- LMS Administration which involves uploading and testing on internal systems creating user accounts for students/clients and delivering login informationUpdate and improve existing courses as required
- Ensure work meets all quality standards
Position Requirements
- Requires strong attention to detail
- Technology Requirements: Moodle (additional training will be provided) VSCode git Azure H5P gulp Microsoft Office Suite
- Programming Languages: HTML5 CSS3 JavaSscript TypeScript SASS
- Ability to take initiative in conducting job responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment
- Effective problem-solving and technical trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work individually in a goal-oriented environment is essential
- Ability to schedule work and plan to meet deadlines is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively and create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
What youll need
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science computer systems engineering software engineering or a related discipline; or completion of a college program in a relevant field.

Hours of Work
This is a fulltime temporary contract position (35 hours) lasting until August 29 2025 under regular business hours. The position is located in Fredericton NB with the possibility to work remotely in NB and attend in-office meetings as required.
