Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Mazda of Columbia in Columbia SC. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills have a strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle assessments
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure prompt and quality service
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Will consider experience in othercustomer service or sales positions with a proven record of success
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
