Nurse Practitioner (NP)
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Sarasota Florida.

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $94000 to $132000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Full-time MondayFriday outpatient role
- Perform patient assessments physicals order and interpret labs and diagnostics
- Prescribe medications and treatments in alignment with clinical guidelines
- Participate in phone-only call rotation shared among provider team
- Educate patients on wellness chronic disease management and preventive care
- Use EHR system (Athena) for documentation order entry and coordination of care
- Engage in quality improvement projects and regular peer reviews
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing Doctor of Nursing Practice or post-graduate NP certification
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Board Certification as FNP ANP or AGPCNP
- Active DEA license
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred but not required
- Experience in value-based primary care is a plus
