SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

The Intern Revenue Events & Hospitality will assist in the planning and execution of several key programs and events that support the Commercial and Foundation teams including the New York Gold Medal Gala World Cup Hospitality Board of Trustees Meeting Champions Club Partner Summit and the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics.

This position will help the team deliver unparalleled experiences across multiple stakeholder groups including U.S. Ski & Snowboard commercial partners donors and special guests. Duties can include event operations registration tracking auction fulfillment and partner/donor communications. As part of this role you will work closely with several different departments to learn more about event production marketing and communications.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Athlete Experience
  • Assists Managers Revenue Events & Hospitality with travel coordination and communication to athletes
• Operational Excellence
  • Supports planning and on-site logistics for events as required
  • Assists Managers Revenue Events & Hospitality with Silent and Live auctions including fulfillment shipping and on-site setup
  • Helps maintain the Classy website content and design for events and donation pages
  • Aids Account Managers and Major Gift Officers in data entry of credential and room block requests
  • Assists Managers Revenue Events & Hospitality as needed with the fulfillment of welcome packets and gifting
  • Special projects as assigned dependent on the time of year
• Financial Performance
  • Participates in various tasks to support fundraising events

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

• Actively enrolled in college/university
• Interest in pursuing a career in events/hospitality management
• Passion for snowsports and/or the Olympic movement preferred
• Ability to multi-task and wear many hats
• Willing to learn new skills quickly and put them into action
