Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Lead to plan initiate and manage information technology (IT) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee technical teams serve as a bridge between business and technology and ensure project completion within established deadlines standards and cost targets. This role requires strong project management skills business analysis expertise and the ability to drive IT initiatives forward effectively.
Plan initiate and manage IT projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead and guide technical teams providing direction and support throughout project lifecycles.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams facilitating effective communication.
Develop project stages and assess business implications for each phase to optimize outcomes.
Monitor project progress ensuring milestones deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks adjusting project strategies as needed to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT systems software development lifecycles and infrastructure management.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to track project performance and ensure quality assurance.
- A current/active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain/pass a polygraph.
- Experience managing IT projects leading teams and facilitating technical-business collaboration.
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
