This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical programs from quote through completiondriving performance quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotations
Lead project execution from kickoff to delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams across machining design purchasing and production
Manage scheduling routing requisitions and buyouts
Oversee CAD/CAM programming (vertical CNC mills) and inspection (CMM/manual)
Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a primary point of contact with customers and vendors
Preferred Background:
10 years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling
Experience with CAD/CAM programming and ERP systems (Epicor or similar)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Technical knowledge of machining inspection and project scheduling
Degree from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience
Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
