Are you a natural leader with a passion for patient care Do you thrive in a team-centered environment that supports your professional growth Oak River Rehab is looking for an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) to join our exceptional team full-time!
Compensation:
LVN: $26$34/hr DOE
RN: $40$50/hr DOE
What Were Looking For:
Licensed LVN or RN in good standing with the state of California
13 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) strongly preferred
A positive attitude strong communication skills and a passion for team collaboration
Your Role:
As a Charge Nurse youll lead by exampleproviding top-tier clinical care supporting your fellow nurses and CNAs and helping maintain a smooth efficient unit. Youll be a key player in creating a safe compassionate and compliant environment for our residents.
