Job Opening available at our office in Lakewood NJ
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Job Duties:
Responsible for engineering and maintenance functions including supporting and maintaining production facilities and equipment. Coordinates design fabrication and installation of production equipment and modifications. Manages and implements engineering projects. Supports various safety functions which may include: safety modifications to plant equipment participating in Safety Committee Meetings Multifunctional Hazard Inspections maintain safety projects list etc. Issues purchase requisitions for plant maintenance and capital projects. Maintains safety engineering and maintenance files and records. Designs and lays out tooling for die cut parts. maintaining and supporting all electrical and electronic plant equipment. International travel required: Mexico Brazil Japan (4-6 times/year).
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
2 years of experience in job offered or related (Mechanical Engineer)
2 years of experience includes knowledge of 3D Modeling (CAD/CAE/CAM) 3D Printing prototyping sheet metal design laser cutting and welding.
Salary Range: $94286 $95000 per year
Work Hours: 40 hours / week
