MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Reconciliations - 80%
Prepares monthly and annual reconciliations of balance sheet accounts year-end accruals and year-end audit schedules.
Reconciles all monthly bank account statements.
Reconciles online application fees print account and meal plan revenue with cash received in the operating account and records revenue in the general ledger.
Records miscellaneous expense reclasses.
Responds to Positive Pay bank notices
Additional Duties - 20%
Assists with the annual audit.
Assists with maintenance of Workday FDM (chart of account maintenance)
Prepares training documents and products (video manual training meetings)
Participates in WD and various training courses
Participates in cross divisional meetings focusing on inter-dependent processes and projects
Participates in departmental projects including analysis and testing of system and business process troubleshooting and/or upgrades
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Accounting Finance or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
2 - 4 years experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with and ability to apply technological innovations to Business Office operations with strong computer skills using MS Office suite.
Experience using Workday or other ERP software preferred.
Experience in a non-profit or educational environment is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The range for this position is $70000 - $75000/annually
CCA offers a comprehensive benefits package including the choice of five medical plans generous holiday sick & vacation time a retirement match and tuition remission.
