About Milliman Connect:
Milliman Connect is a digital platform by Milliman that provides tools and services for insurance and financial industry clients. It offers data analytics reporting and risk management solutions to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information.
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for client communications.
Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Monitor software systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
Raise and track support tickets as necessary and ensure timely resolutions.
Liaise with offshore teams to coordinate project tasks and communications.
Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours budget and plans.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Required Skills & Attributes:
PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT projects.
Familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in client management and onshore coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
