Job Responsibilities:
As a UX Designer II you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive user-centric experiences across Welocalizes digital platforms. You will own UX processes from research and discovery through prototyping and delivery ensuring that every solution aligns with user needs and business goals. Your work will focus on enhancing usability accessibility and satisfaction through strategic and iterative design.Take ownership of design tasks across all phasesfrom discovery and prototyping to delivery and iteration.
Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts.
Create high-fidelity visuals and interaction models that align with platform conventions and usability standards.
Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings to drive iterative improvements.
Participate in the development and maintenance of UI guidelines and libraries.
Produce wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
Effectively articulate design rationale and UX decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support the adoption of user-centered design practices within the broader product and tech teams.
Stay current with design trends and emerging UX technologies.
Additional Job Details:
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Design HCI Human Factors or related disciplineor equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in UX design roles ideally in agile product development environments.
Portfolio of work demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and results.
Previous experience working with cross-functional product teams ideally within tech or SaaS companies.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
Experience using Pendo for creating product tours onboarding guides and collecting user behavior analytics.
Excellent written verbal and visual communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance business goals with user needs in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI tools such as V0 or similar platforms for rapid prototyping and interface generation (nice to have).
