EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Join us in delivering a cleaner safer water future. Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead the delivery of the Lead-Free Wales initiative across the HD water network. In this role youll be responsible for identifying and coordinating the replacement of lead pipework working closely with customers councils schools and internal teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Youll take ownership of the end-to-end processfrom customer engagement and site surveying to planning scheduling and supporting operational delivery. Your expertise will help shape internal processes ensure accurate data reporting for audits and regulatory bodies and drive continuous improvement across the scheme. Strong communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential along with a commitment to public health and service excellence.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering small projects managing budgets and working closely with contractors and procurement processes. A strong health and safety culture is essential along with the ability to build effective processes solve problems proactively and communicate technical information clearly.
You should be confident working with internal and external stakeholders including auditors contractors and customers and be committed to continuous improvement. Excellent IT and communication skills are a must as is the ability to form strong working relationships and deliver performance-driven results.
It would also be desirable if you have NRSWA Supervisory Water Hygiene Blue Card and IOSH Managing safety or equivalent.
A full UK Full Driving Licence will be required due to travel across the region.
