Job Description
What youre responsible for:
- Operating the scale system to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing metal materials
- Recording weights and relevant information in the computer system or on paper records
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions weights material types and customer information
- Verifying the identification and documentation of drivers carriers and vehicles while issuing receipts and processing payments accurately
- Providing general administrative support including answering phone calls responding to emails and maintaining filing systems
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have at least one year of customer service experience
- You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- You have proficient computer skills and experience with scale software and Microsoft Office applications
- You have the ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- You have effective communication skills both verbal and written
- You are efficient and reliable
