The Role
Presidio is seeking a Delivery Architect to our Professional Services Organization. The optimal candidate will be a senior-level consulting architect with 10 years of IT Infrastructure design implementation and troubleshooting experience in complex environments with network security data center and collaboration skills. This is a post-sales role and were looking for a Rock Star!
Responsibilities Include:
- Primary responsibilities include performing the customer-facing lead/architecture role in complex multi-technology business transformation projects.
- Collaborate with and lead multiple technical teams on both the customer and Presidio side to build a cohesive architecture/design and implementation plan.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure desired business outcomes are met.
- Ensure the Presidio design and implementation/migration plan function as a unified solution.
- Work with customer and Presidio Project Management teams to keep the teams aligned during the engagement.
Requires Skills and Professional Experience:
- Consulting skillset and mindset
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills
- Agile/flexible bias for action
- Ability to guide both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with architecture design implementation and support in 2 or more of the of the following areas:
- Software Defined X (WAN LAN Data Center)
- Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
- Public Cloud Provider Solutions and Architectures (AWS Azure GPC)
- LAN/WAN and Data Center Network Architectures
- Programmable Infrastructure (APIs Scripting PYTHON JSON) strongly desired
- Data Center/Virtualization Solutions
- Network Security Architecture and Solutions
- Collaboration Technologies
- Systems Technologies
- 10 years of networking experience including configuring analyzing & troubleshooting complex networks
