Purpose of the Role
As a Commissioning Manager at Worley you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of commissioning and start-up activities on major projects ensuring a seamless and safe transition from construction to operations. You will play a vital role in delivering Worleys promise of sustainable transformation by ensuring that all systems are operational compliant and aligned with client and regulatory expectations. This role supports the broader objective of helping our customers meet todays energy and resources demands while transitioning toward more sustainable operations.
The Commissioning Manager will guide multidisciplinary teams through structured handover processes using Worleys Completions Framework driving integrated data-centric and risk-informed commissioning practices that align with our commitment to sustainable change.
This role will be based in our Houston office on Rogerdale Road for approximately two years. Following this period the selected candidate will transition to the project site in Odessa Texas or other locations across Texas depending on project needs. Occasional travel to the project site during the initial two-year period will be required. Flexibility and willingness to relocate to project locations as needed is essential.
