Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years including infrastructure resiliency contact center operations information technology software engineering program management strategic communications engineering and cybersecurity. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Civilian Agencies.
Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking a highly experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Expert to join our team supporting critical defense intelligence operations in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary NC region. This role is ideal for a motivated and seasoned analyst with demonstrated expertise in synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources to support operational and strategic-level decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis to support military and interagency operations.
- Develop and present high-quality intelligence briefings to senior leadership including at the O-5 (Lieutenant Colonel) / GS-14 level or higher.
- Apply advanced analytical methodologies to identify trends threats and actionable insights.
- Utilize a wide range of intelligence tools systems and databases to conduct analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoD and intelligence communities to ensure mission-aligned analysis.
- Prepare written intelligence products in support of operational and strategic requirements.
- Monitor and assess geopolitical military and technological developments relevant to national security.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Proficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current all-source analytical techniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Clearance Requirements
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Work Location: Raleigh/Durham/Cary NC (On-site)

- If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50000 - $104000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
