Reporting to the Director of Operations this role will work alongside the Director of Operations to support the daily operational requirements of the district. The primary focus of this position is to organize and strategize for the upkeep and repair of the Facilities and Grounds.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required with a preference for a college degree. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or possess a combination of education training and experience that equips them with the necessary knowledge skills and abilities for the position. While licenses in Construction Supervision Plumbing Electrical or Hoisting are preferred they are not mandatory.

SALARY/BENEFITS:$95000-$110000 dependent upon qualification & experience. Includes comprehensive and generous benefits.
