The Role:
As an Operations Associate you will be responsible for supporting daily operations including production quality inspection and inventory control. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operational workflows. You will work closely with various teams ensuring accurate inventory management process documentation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform varied tasks related to production (meet the daily production schedule) quality inspection and inventory control
- Use basic metrology instruments (e.g. weight scale ruler) for data entry and quality checks
- Document and communicate issues for corrective action
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth implementation of daily goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safety and security best practices are followed
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational processes
- Occasionally work extended hours (flexibility to work various shifts) and can lift up to 15 kg
Basic Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn
- Focused even when the work is repetitive/monotonous
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow best practices in security and privacy
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with working in a team-oriented environment and rotational duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a production or quality assurance environment
- Experience with metrology and inspection instruments
- Experience working in a Windows environment
