- Lead mentor and develop the members of the fraud prevention team providing guidance and Services in executing fraud prevention initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment that emphasizes continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing a robust fraud prevention strategy aligned with industry best practices and company goals.
- Contribute to the design and execution of effective fraud prevention measures tools and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to utilize data analysis techniques for detecting patterns anomalies and irregularities indicative of fraudulent activities.
- Provide guidance on refining fraud detection algorithms and tools to enhance accuracy.
- Lead the identification of potential fraud risks and vulnerabilities within the gaming environment.
- Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at mitigating fraud risks and safeguarding player accounts and transactions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal Compliance Customer Services and Technology to ensure a comprehensive approach to fraud prevention.
- Lead and oversee investigations into suspected fraudulent activities coordinating with relevant departments to address and resolve fraud cases.
- Ensure that all fraud prevention activities adhere to data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and documentation related to fraud prevention efforts.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs that educate employees about fraud prevention protocols and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing fraud prevention strategies leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in service industry preferably in risk management financial analysis compliance or a related field and 4 years experience of leading a team or managing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop strategies and solutions to minimize potential risks.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills to handle risk and crisis situations.
- Ability to lead motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience with analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and risks.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
Strong understanding of operations KPI and experience in performing quality evaluation.
