Healthcare Assistant Day or Night Shifts 12.50 per Hour Full-Time

Our client a well-established and highly regarded care service is looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants to join their team on either day or night shifts. Set within a stunning nursing home surrounded by landscaped gardens this role offers the chance to provide meaningful care in a peaceful and supportive environment.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will support older adults with a range of nursing and dementia care needs helping to maintain their comfort dignity and independence. Working as part of a friendly inclusive team in a home rated Good by the CQC youll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is beneficial but not essential full training is provided.
  • A caring respectful and patient nature is a must.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours on a consistent day or night shift rota.
  • A commitment to delivering inclusive person-focused care to older adults.
