Position: School Fiscal Officer

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Employment Duration: 12 months
Position Summary:
The School Fiscal Officer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the confidentiality of the CEO ensuring personnel compliance and school compliance and managing critical administrative and fiscal operations that support the effective running of the school.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the CEO.
- Responsible for tracking staff attendance and managing employee PTO.
- Process unemployment claims and workers compensation claims
- Maintains personnel file compliance and clearance compliance.
- Conducts employment verifications and other verifications as needed.
- Processes benefits enrollments change requests and reimbursements.
- Manages new hire onboarding at the school level.
- Provides monthly HR board reporting.
- Manages monies and financial transactions.
