Job Description

Amazon Advertising exists at the intersection of marketing and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon owned properties as well as third party properties Amazon operates. We believe that advertising when done well can greatly enhance the value of the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.

The Customer Experience and Insights (CXI) team within Amazon Ads is looking for an experienced Sr Customer Solutions Manager to drive Customer Experience (CX) measurement with advertising. You will deliver on this mission by partnering with business owners to prioritize metrics development creating clear and concise views of data and helping business owners drive metric improvement by curating actionable opportunities sourced from direct-from-customer feedback data. You will also provide immersive opportunities for Amazon Advertising employees to experience customers pain and think of innovations that will surprise and delight.

Youll need to operate with a high level of autonomy collaborating closely with Ads Product Finance and Science Teams. Youll be analytical working backwards from customer needs and data; as well as a strong writer who can clearly communicate at the executive level. As a leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision and roadmap and successfully delivering business results.


Key job responsibilities
Drive the delivery of CX metrics.
Drive CX improvement.
Exhibit deep analytical ability and work to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data and insights.
Partner effectively with partner teams to influence priorities and drive alignment.
Plan and deliver on goals.
Monitor project execution and ensure that the delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates.


8 years leading complex customer-facing programs or products
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

5 years Ads or Marketing industry experience
Strong executive-level communication and writing skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
