Job Description

Job Site: Maple Crest Middle School

Hours/Days: 37.5 hours per week186 days (9.5 months)

Hourly Rate: $12.28 per hour

Benefits: Group insurance programs PERF paid leave days

Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the cafeteria and designated eating areas. Help the cafeteria staff as needed. Assist in cleaning the cafeteria after lunch has been served. Help with other supervision duties as assigned by the building administration. School crossing guard portion provides for the safe movement of children to and from a school building. School crossing guards escort students with the aid of traffic control signals or by walking them safely across the roadway when there are gaps in the flow of traffic. The crossing guard follows directives of the building Principals and the Director of Social and Student Services. The Crossing Guards will follow established traffic safety policies procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
