Title: Drama Club Advisor (BHS)
FUNCTION: To assume the responsibility for producing directing and supervising various
activities such as rehearsals performances competitions and meetings and
isdirectly responsible to the building principal.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce and direct annual spring production.
- Maintain necessary budgetary duties.
- Establish and maintain standards of pupil behavior and provide an orderly and productive environment for all drama related activities.
- Assume responsibility for the facility or area in which assigned activities are conducted at all times that students are present.
- Assume responsibility for related duties that may be assigned by the building principal.
- Adheres to the adopted policies of the Bellingham School Committee.
EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably a member of the High School teaching staff.
- Experience in producing and directing activities related to drama.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedication to the service of youth.
- Demonstrated ability to relate favorably with students.
