Job Description
Ruby Bloom Floral & Gifts in Downtown Caldwell ID is hiring for an EXPERIENCED Florist.
Strong customer service skills flower knowledge strong design skills and aesthetic. Additionally ability to actively engage with customers required.
Hours vary but are part time 2-3 days per week with additional hours to cover vacations and holidays. Could potentially move to a Full-Time position for aomeone with strong sales ability and desire to work other positions. Closed on
Sundays and major holidays. Daily store working hours 9:30-6:30. Monday - Saturday. May include extra hours during holidays and special events.

Starting pay is $17/hour plus tips. Additional compensation for extensive floral experience and management experience. Our ideal candidate is attentive ambitious and reliable.
