Global trade still runs on outdated time-consuming manual workflows. Were fixing that! Anchor AI is building AI agents for customs brokers. Our AI works alongside humans to help brokers process more shipments- faster with fewer errors.

The Role: Build the Foundation
As a Founding Engineer youll shape both our product and technology from the ground up. Youll help define system architecture inform product direction and ship features that deliver real valuefast.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who enjoys full ownership moves quickly and builds with purpose.
What Youll Do
Design and build AI-powered logistics solutions end-to-end.
Develop across the stack: from polished intuitive front-ends to scalable reliable back-ends.
Own core systems and features from design to deployment.
Collaborate directly with the founding team and early users to shape the roadmap.
Drive engineering excellence velocity and real-world impact.
Who You Are

Clear Communicator & Team Player You thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments.
Full-Stack Fluent Youre comfortable building with Python (FastAPI) and deploying on GCP. You know where to go deep and when to move fast.
Eye for Great Front-End You care about clean interfaces intuitive flows and seamless interactions.
AI-Literate Youve worked with LLMs in production or used them to accelerate your own work.
Experienced 2 years in high-impact roles with a track record of ownership and execution.
Nice to Have
Background in logistics supply chain or related industries.
