A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Regulatory Investigations Strategy Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level litigator or regulatory attorney to work on high-impact matters involving economic development government investigations and regulatory enforcement.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Georgia ingood standing or eligibility to waive in.
46 years of substantive experience in litigation government investigations and/or compliance work.
Prior experience with a government agency such as an Attorney Generals office or executive branch is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and deliver strategic counsel.
Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment both as a team player and when working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on state and federal regulatory investigations administrative litigation and compliance matters.
Represent clients in high-profile economic development matters within the state of Georgia.
Handle spinoff consumer class litigation and other regulatory-driven disputes.
Develop compliance strategies to mitigate enforcement risk and support internal investigations.
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Highly Competitive Salary: $275000 $350000 commensurate with experience.
