AZ Strike Volleyball Club Competitive Club Volleyball Now Hiring
Are you a passionate driven leader with a vision to elevate girls club volleyball Strike Volleyball Club a rapidly growing program in the East Valley (Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler) is seeking a Director of Girls Volleyball to lead our competitive club teams drive program excellence and inspire the next generation of athletes.
Location:
East Valley Phoenix Metro (Mesa / Gilbert / Queen Creek / Chandler area)
Position Summary:
The Director of Girls Volleyball is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of our girls volleyball programfrom team development and coaching staff management to program growth and athlete success. You will work closely with club leadership to shape the vision culture and performance of our competitive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all girls volleyball operations including team tryouts training schedules and tournament planning
- Recruit hire and mentor a high-performing coaching staff
- Lead player evaluations and ensure proper team placement and development
- Implement skill development frameworks and training systems for all age groups (12U18U)
- Monitor athlete progress feedback and recruitment efforts for advanced players
- Collaborate with Club Director on strategic growth budgeting and facilities
- Ensure alignment with club values safety standards and parent communications
- Represent the club in the local volleyball community and at major tournaments
- Foster a culture of family fun hard work and success
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong volleyball backgroundcollegiate playing/coaching experience preferred
- Proven leadership in a club or school volleyball environment
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Passion for athlete development and empowering young women
- Knowledge of club structures travel tournaments and college recruiting pathways
- Ability to work evenings/weekends during club season (NovJune)
