Job Description
The incumbent is an employee who assists arriving guests as they enter the restaurant take orders and serve food and beverages to customers welcomes them into the establishment and seat them. The guests receive their first impression of the service of the restaurant by their exchange with the hostess. The Waiter / Waitress must perform to ensure guest satisfaction with the high standard of service. He/ she must undertake full responsibility in assisting in all aspects of brand standards hygiene and safety practices development in line with IBN AL BAHR specific policies and procedures whilst enhancing the brand image of the business. Incumbent should be able to give the best customer experience as per company standard.

- Has clear understanding of requirements from the HACCP and Food Safety Regulations
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Must be on their feet for long periods of time
- Professional and friendly
- Team player
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff
- Great attention to detail
- Know hows on basic food hygiene
