We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Baghdad Iraq. As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence drive engagement and support business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and bookings across multiple digital channels including search engines social media email and paid media.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC SEO social media ads display ads) from concept to execution ensuring alignment with the hotels goals and brand messaging.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales Events and PR) to integrate digital marketing initiatives into broader marketing campaigns maximizing their reach and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics to assess campaign success make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns in real-time to enhance ROI.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts for the hotels website ensuring it ranks higher for relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve on-page and off-page SEO efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of organic and paid search campaigns making adjustments to improve search rankings and click-through rates (CTR).
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that improves both search visibility and guest engagement.
- Implement Google Ads and other SEM strategies to generate paid traffic and attract qualified leads.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions offers seasonal packages and hotel events ensuring the content is personalized and optimized for open rates and conversions.
- Develop and manage email automation workflows to target specific customer segments ensuring timely communication with guests and prospects at every stage of the customer journey.
- Segment email lists based on guest behavior demographics and preferences to deliver highly targeted and relevant email content.
- Monitor and analyze email performance including open rates click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates and make necessary improvements based on insights.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
