You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Central Administration Coordinator to join our Workplace Central Admin Team based out of our Bangor office. You will be assisting the Workplace Central Admin Manager in providing an effective and efficient workplace service to our local scientific and professional services community. As well as providing administrative support to the wider team across all four sites.
Youll be supporting and coordinating a team of Workplace administration and maintenance assistants who are responsible for supplying high quality safe and clean buildings across the UKCEH estate.
The Workplace Team provide a wide range of hard and soft facilities services including engineering maintenance building compliance catering reception and a fleet of vehicles. The Workplace Central Admin Team sits centrally within the Workplace ensuring the efficient collation of data filing of compliance document and the management of the Workplace helpdesk. We need your excellent customer service and administration skills to work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure we are providing the highest quality in customer service.
