Baci Ristorante has an open style kitchen and central wood burning oven which provides an intimate gathering place for guests and patrons. YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Create a memorable guest experience including menu execution and food quality overall experience and ensure guest feedback is received
- Supervise and coachall service team members by demonstrating superior customer service skills and living our purpose vision and values
- Assist with developing and delivering regulartraining to service team members
- Work with our Executive Chef on menu features and changes by curating and providing guest feedback
- Suggest and implement new cocktail programs and wine pairings to compliment the menu
- Ensure team engagement remains high by maintaining culture standards providing regular feedback and utilizing a coaching mindset
- Work with the Sales & Marketing and Baci team to drive sales including private parties and group bookings
- Rectify any member or guest issues as needed
- Completing ordering of bar inventory items
- Develop strong relationships with guests and employees by maintaining a regular presence on the floor during key times
- Act as a Duty Manager for C Hotel in absence of other departmental managers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in the hospitality / tourism industry is required
- Previous restaurant experience required
- POS knowledge is considered an asset
- Ability to build rapport quickly with guests
- Able to work on a variable schedule including days evenings and weekends
