As Sous Chef of Garon Bleu elevate your culinary skills to new levels of excellence. We will encourage you to explore your creativity and extend your repertoire bringing joy to our guests with every mouthful. The food you prepare cook and serve will leave our guests wanting more.
You will play a pivotal role in our Garon Bleu kitchen working alongside and leading a magnifique team. Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef you will manage daily food preparation production and implementation of menus which are designed to deliver innovative French re-imagined cuisines
You will provide hands-on supervision of our culinary team ensuring a consistently high-quality product.
By actively sharing ideas and suggestions you will help improve the kitchen environment and menus. Managing food costs through careful preparation service and storage of food will also be crucial in your role.
