Title: Director of Organizational Development
Location: UT Federal Credit Union Corporate Headquarters
JOB DESCRIPTION STATEMENT:
The Director of Organizational Development (OD) is a key strategic leader responsible for building and sustaining a culture of continuous learning performance excellence and leadership development at UT Federal Credit Union. Reporting to the CHRO this role will oversee the Learning & Development team and spearhead organizational development strategies that enhance employee capability engagement and alignment with UTFCUs strategic vision of improving lives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises the learning and development staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Articulate engaging influential speaker; able to convey both technical and non-technical material in a clear concise manner. Ability to read and interpret documents such as regulatory instructions policy manuals task documentation and procedure manuals. Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely in developing training manuals and exercises as well as in producing routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before various groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Able and willing to travel and to work after hours as needed.
