Litigation Associate Warranty Practice (Auto Industry)
Locations: Los Angeles San Diego San Francisco or Remote in California (Hybrid: 23 Days Onsite or Fully Remote for CA Residents)
Salary: $150K - $165K Bonus Opportunities

HireNow Staffing is recruiting on behalf of an Am Law 200 firm seeking multiple Litigation Associates to join their Litigation Business Unit across California. These roles focus exclusively on representing automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of litigation experience strong advocacy skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic legal environment. California Bar membership is required.
What Youll Do:
Support trial and arbitration prep; participate in motion practice depositions mediations and other litigation phases.
Work closely with clients and team members on strategy and execution in warranty-related disputes.
Draft pleadings handle negotiations and contribute to all stages of case management.
Collaborate in a fast-paced team-oriented practice with opportunities for client exposure and advancement.
What Were Looking For:

2 years of litigation experience with courtroom exposure preferred.

Strong legal research writing and advocacy skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Effective communication and a professional demeanor.

Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

California Bar license (active and in good standing).
