Litigation Attorney Warranty Defense (Mid-to-Senior Level)
Remote or In-Office Anywhere in California
Salary: $170K - $200K Bonus Eligible

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a highly respected Am Law 200 firm to recruit a mid-to-senior-level Litigation Attorney for its Southern California-based Warranty Litigation Team. This position offers location flexibility within California and the opportunity to work remotely or in-office as long as you are a licensed member of the California Bar.
In this role youll represent automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation. While prior warranty experience is not required were seeking attorneys with a strong litigation background and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of litigation including trial and arbitration preparation motion practice depositions and mediations

Manage caseloads independently with support from a collaborative team

Provide strategic counsel to clients in complex warranty disputes
Ideal Candidate Profile:

5 years of litigation experience ideally in defense litigation
-
Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
-
Strong advocacy legal research writing and negotiation skills
-
Highly organized detail-oriented and committed to quality work

Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal communication
