Job Description
Were hiring reliable Production Operators for a growing facility offering long-term opportunity hands-on training and weekly pay. If you have some manufacturing experience and a stable work history we want to hear from you.

1st Shift: $19.25/hr

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate machinery and equipment in a safe consistent manner

Assemble package or process product according to work instructions
-
Perform basic inspections and quality checks
-
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
-
Follow all safety quality and production procedures
-
Document production activity and escalate issues when needed
-
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
-
Cross-train in different areas as needed
Qualifications:
-
Some previous manufacturing or production experience required
-
Stable work history is required for all positions
-
Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
-
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Willingness to work overtime as needed
